Capsules: Take 2 capsules a day with meal.

Collagen: 1 scoop (15g) per day in 200ml chilled water, milk or milk alternative (almond, coconut or oat milk etc). Shake / mix well before consuming.

Shampoo & Conditioner: Use on scalp and roots only every 2 - 3 days.

Step 1: Wet hair. Decant a small amount of shampoo into wet hands and emulsify to create a creamy lather. Spread this lather across your entire scalp, focusing on your roots, temples, middle path and crown area. Rinse and repeat.

Step 2: After shampooing and rinsing your hair, apply a medium palm-sized amount of conditioner onto your roots, mid lengths and ends. Gently massage and comb through from root to tip with a wet brush, focusing on your scalp. Leave the conditioner in your hair for 1 – 2 minutes and rinse with warm / cool water. Style as usual.

ALLERGEN INFORMATION

This box set contains soya (in the Complete Collagen nutritional shake) and wheat-derived ingredients (hydrolyzed wheat protein in the shampoo).

The shampoo and conditioner contain fragrance. The shampoo also lists the fragrance allergens Hexyl Cinnamal, Amyl Cinnamal and Benzyl Salicylate.

Please check each product’s full ingredient list before use, especially if you have a known allergy or sensitivity. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.

Avoid shampoo and conditioner contact with eyes. If contact occurs rinse thoroughly with cool clean water.
