Capsules: Take 2 capsules a day with meal.
Shampoo & Conditioner: Use on scalp and roots only every 2 - 3 days.
Step 1: Wet hair. Decant a small amount of shampoo into wet hands and emulsify to create a creamy lather. Spread this lather across your entire scalp, focusing on your roots, temples, middle path and crown area. Rinse and repeat.
Step 2: Apply masque to damp, pre-washed hair and leave for up to 5 minutes. For extreme damaged hair: use a treatment cap and sit under a hooded drier for 10 minutes. Rinse with cool water, and apply the Quick Grow Biotin conditioner as the final step.
Step 3: After rinsing your hair, apply a medium palm-sized amount of conditioner onto your roots, mid lengths and ends. Gently massage and comb through from root to tip with a wet brush, focusing on your scalp. Leave the conditioner in your hair for 1 – 2 minutes and rinse with warm / cool water. Style as usual.
