How it works

Silky smooth hair in 5 steps
Our next-generation Smoothing Treatment is powered by BioAffinity™ Technology — delivering silky, frizz-free hair in five easy steps.
Step 1: Clarifying Shampoo
Your stylist will first wash your hair using our pH Clarifying Shampoo to remove all impurities, build-up, metals and oils in the hair leaving it deeply cleansed with an equal porosity from root to tip. This sets the foundation for the treatment, ensuring even saturation and brilliant shine and smoothness from root to tip.

Step 2: The Treatment
Your stylist will then gently towel dry your hair and divide it into small equal sections. They will then apply the creamy treatment onto each section, ensuring it is fully saturated from root to tip.
They will then leave the treatment on your hair to process for 15 - 20 minutes, depending on your hair type*. Rinsing out thoroughly.
* Your stylist will refer to our technical manual to ensure the treatment is left on your hair for the correct duration based on your specific hair type and condition.
Step 3: Toning Masque
Your stylist will then apply the Quick Grow Advanced Hair Masque onto your rinsed, squeeze dried hair, ensuring coverage from root to tip, gently combing through with a detangling comb, securing the hair onto your head with sectioning clips or a hair claw clip and leave to process for 5 minutes.
Step 4: Blow Dry
Your Stylist will then blow dry your hair to 100% dry using a round brush and working with small even sections to ensure the treatment is completely dried into the hair.
Step 5: Flat iron (5 - 7 passes)
And the last step; your Stylist will flat iron your hair using smooth fluid passes from root to tip, tapping the roots 2 - 3 times to ensure the treatment is sealed as close to the roots as possible.

HOW IT WORKS
Damaged hair carries a negative charge. Our BioAffinity™ Targeted Repair System uses positively charged keratin to seek out and bind to negatively charged, damaged areas of the hair. This gives your hair intense repair without using toxic chemicals or weighing your hair down.
This treatment does not make the hair pin-straight or flat. Instead, it softens the natural curl pattern, removes frizz and enhances the hair’s natural texture — keeping the volume and movement we all love. When heat is applied during blow-drying or styling, our Heat-Activated Smoothing System is activated, transforming your hair into butter-soft, silky smooth with beautiful shine.
Our Luxury Oil & Caviar Infusion soak the hair with essential fatty acids, vitamins and antioxidants from shea butter, olive oil and caviar extract. These nutrient-rich ingredients melt into the hair fibre, restoring moisture, flexibility and shine while protecting against dryness and environmental stress. The result is hair that feels deeply nourished, looks glossy and moves beautifully.
Our advanced keratin bonding system works by reinforcing the hair’s natural structure from the inside out. During the treatment, keratin and conditioning molecules are activated with heat, allowing them to bind to weakened areas along the hair shaft. This strengthens fragile strands, smooths rough texture and seals the cuticle for long-lasting frizz control.

Will it make my hair flat?
No! Unlike other harsh toxic chemical treatments, our smoothing treatment is a clean, non-toxic formula that uses a process called BioAffinity™ to attach keratin safely and effectively to your hair without permanently altering its structure. Your hair stays soft, silky, and full of life—never weighed down.
Is it permanent?
Results can last up to 3 months, depending on your hair porosity, type and maintenance routine. Using our recommended shampoo, conditioner, and masque helps prolong the treatment
When can I colour my hair?
We recommend you colour your hair 48 hours after this treatment. This is a keratin treatment which as an impact on hair colour (making it lighter and slightly warmer in tone) so it is recommended you do your colour 48 hours after you have completed this treatment.
Who is this treatment best suited for?
This treatment makes curly and wavy hair softer, silkier and easier to manage. Tighter curl types with lots of texture will definitely see an improvement in shine, condition and curl definition without the frizz, however the curl definition usually stays in tact in these hair types.
Can I use the treatment if I’ve had chemical straightening in the past?
Yes! Our formula is gentle and can be used after other treatments, but we always recommend you wait 48 hours before doing out treatment to ensure your hair has had time to fully recover from whatever previous treatment you did prior.
Will this damage my hair?
