How to apply it
Our clean, non-toxic Smoothing Treatment is designed to give you shiny, healthy frizz-free hair that is effortless to manage and super easy to apply in these 5 easy steps.
Step 1: Clarifying Shampoo
Apply shampoo and work into a rich lather from root to tip. Rinse well. Repeat and leave shampoo on the hair for 2 – 5 minutes. Rinse with cool water and then
gently dry before proceeding to step 2.

Step 2: The Treatment
Divide your hair into small equal sections. Apply the treatment to each section, ensuring it is fully saturated from root to tip.
Leave the treatment on your hair to process for 15 - 20 minutes, depending on your hair type*. Rinse hair thoroughly. Gently squeeze out excess water.
* Please download the Instructions Manual for full processing times based on your hair type.
Step 3: Toning Masque
Apply the Quick Grow Advanced Hair Masque onto rinsed, squeeze dried hair, ensuring coverage from root to tip. GENTLY comb through with a detangling comb, securing the hair onto the head with sectioning clips or a hair claw clip and leave to process for 5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with cool water and gently towel dry before proceeding to the next step.
Step 4: Blow Dry
Blow dry the hair to 100% dry using a round brush and working with small even sections to ensure the treatment is completely dried into the hair.
Step 5: Flat iron (5 - 7 passes)
Flat iron the hair using smooth fluid passes from root to tip, tapping the roots 2 - 3 times to ensure the treatment is sealed as close to the roots as possible.
*NOTE: Please refer to Section D: Application Guide (PDF) on Page 11 for number of passes and the correct hair iron temperature for your hair type.

Will it make my hair flat?
No! Unlike other harsh toxic chemical treatments, our smoothing treatment is a clean, non-toxic formula that uses a process called BioRestore to attach keratin safely and effectively to your hair without permanently altering its structure. Your hair stays soft, silky, and full of life—never weighed down.
Is it permanent?
Results can last up to 3 months, depending on your hair porosity, type and maintenance routine. Using our recommended shampoo, conditioner, and masque helps prolong the treatment
When can I colour my hair?
We recommend you colour your hair 48 hours after this treatment. This is a keratin treatment which as an impact on hair colour (making it lighter and slightly warmer in tone) so it is recommended you do your colour 48 hours after you have completed this treatment.
Who is this treatment best suited for?
This treatment makes curly and wavy hair softer, silkier and easier to manage. Tighter curl types with lots of texture will definitely see an improvement in shine, condition and curl definition without the frizz, however the curl definition usually stays in tact in these hair types.
Can I use the treatment if I’ve had chemical straightening in the past?
Yes! Our formula is gentle and can be used after other treatments, but we always recommend you wait 48 hours before doing out treatment to ensure your hair has had time to fully recover from whatever previous treatment you did prior.
Will this damage my hair?
No. Our Smoothing Treatment is a clean, non-toxic keratin treatment that uses a process called BioRestore to attach a breathable protective coating around your hair, preventing snapping, breaking and improving elasticity and strength.
